All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (CST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.
ninakohler.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization
ninakohler.com uses FedEx for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original FedEx shipping rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the FedEx tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from ninakohler.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Items shipped within Wisconsin will be charged sales tax.
Should you notice a shipping error please notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment at (920) 287-3470 or email@example.com.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day it was shipped
- Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Merchandise received after 30 days will not be accepted
- Returns will be processed within (7) business days
- Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you need a different size or item, please ship it back to us and we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within (7) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ninakohler.com)
- Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, MUST NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED and MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED. ninakohler.com will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear.
- If an item is marked cancelled on your receipt, it is because the item is sold out. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
Please be sure to include your name, order ID and/or sales receipt # on the outside of your return package. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; ninakohler.com cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging
